These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ParseFlow (the "Service"), operated by ParseFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ParseFlow provides an API that extracts text, form fields, and tables from documents (images and PDFs) you submit, using third-party AI models. You are responsible for the content of documents you submit and for having the right to submit them.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately if you suspect a key has been compromised — you can revoke any key instantly from your dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Submit documents you do not have the legal right to process (e.g. stolen data, documents obtained without consent where consent is required);
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access without our prior written permission;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable data protection law.

4. Fees and billing

Use of the Service is billed per page processed, at the rates published on our Pricing page, which may change from time to time. Usage is tracked continuously and invoiced periodically via our payment processor, Razorpay. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for details on cancellation and refunds.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends in part on third-party AI providers, whose availability and performance are outside our control.

6. Accuracy disclaimer

Extraction results are generated by AI models and may contain errors, especially on low-quality, unusual, or ambiguous documents. Confidence scores and review flags returned by the API are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for validating extraction results before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the documents you submit and the data extracted from them. We claim no ownership over your content. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software and infrastructure.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke your API keys at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage, or fail to pay outstanding invoices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate extraction results.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
