ParseFlow is a digital, API-based service. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.

How the Service is delivered

• API access is delivered instantly upon signup — generate an API key from your dashboard immediately after creating an account, no waiting period.
• Extraction results are returned synchronously in the API response, typically within a few seconds per page, depending on document size and the vision model backend in use.
• Invoices are delivered electronically via email/SMS (through our payment processor, Razorpay) and are also viewable in your dashboard's billing section at any time.

Service interruptions

In the rare event of a service outage, updates will be posted at [status page URL, if you set one up] or communicated via the email associated with your account.
